RETURN POLICY
OUR RETURN POLICY ALLOWS CUSTOMERS TO RETURN PRODUCTS UNDER SPECIFIC CONDITIONS:
- PARTIAL RETURN DEDUCTION: WHEN RETURNING A PRODUCT, PRODUCT CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED, AND DELIVERY CHARGES WILL STILL APPLY.
- UNUSED PRODUCTS: IF A PRODUCT IS OPENED ONLY FOR CHECKING AND NOT USED, IT IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN.
- NON-RETURNABLE PRODUCTS: PRODUCTS THAT ARE FULLY OPENED AND USED WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN
- ADDITIONAL OPTION (15 DAYS LIMIT FOR EXCHANGE)
REFUND POLICY
AT SACRED-SELECTION, WE UNDERSTAND THE NEED FOR FLEXIBILITY AND CLARITY IN REFUNDS:
- ELIGIBLE REFUNDS: IF YOU OPEN A PRODUCT BUT DO NOT USE IT, YOU CAN RETURN THE PRODUCT AND RECEIVE A REFUND OF THE PRODUCT CHARGES. DELIVERY CHARGES, HOWEVER, WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
- NON-REFUNDABLE: PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED AFTER BEING OPENED ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
LATE DELIVERY POLICY
AT SACRED-SELECTION, WE STRIVE TO DELIVER YOUR PRODUCTS ON TIME. HOWEVER, IN CASE OF DELAYS BEYOND THE PROMISED DELIVERY DURATION:
- DISCOUNT FOR LATE DELIVERY: IF THE PRODUCT IS DELIVERED LATER THAN THE EXPECTED TIME, 10% OF THE PRODUCT CHARGES WILL BE DISCOUNTED.
- DELIVERY CHARGES UNCHANGED: THE DELIVERY CHARGES WILL REMAIN THE SAME, EVEN IF THE PRODUCT IS LATE.
SHIPPING RETURN POLICY
WE UNDERSTAND THAT SHIPPING COSTS ARE A SIGNIFICANT CONCERN FOR OUR CUSTOMERS:
- PRODUCT CHARGES DEDUCTION: IF A PRODUCT IS RETURNED, THE PRODUCT CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED.
- NON-REFUNDABLE SHIPPING: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, REGARDLESS OF THE PRODUCT’S RETURN STATUS.
